You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that image solely for the purpose of providing the requested enhancement service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Solune AI platform, models, software, and branding are owned by Solune AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency selected (monthly or annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over between billing periods. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Annual plans include a promotional credit bonus as described at time of purchase. Promotional terms may change for new subscribers.
Due to the nature of our AI processing service, we do not offer refunds for used credits. If you experience a technical failure caused by our systems, contact us at info@soluneai.com and we will review the case and issue credit as appropriate.
Our free tier includes display advertising served through Google AdSense. Paid subscribers receive an ad-free experience. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on our site.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-enhanced output will meet any specific quality standard, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results vary depending on input image quality and content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solune AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.
